Moreover, intercultural and interpersonal competences are crucial for software engineers who seek to take appropriate management decisions and to act confidently and responsibly in a challenging business environment.For this reason, the Faculty of Informatics has designed this postgraduate programme to qualify first-degree graduates for management and leadership positions in international IT organisations. This course has been created in close consultation with business, industry and the engineering professions to ensure the employability of the prospective graduates. Cooperating companies are, inter alia, AUDI AG, Daimler AG, Bosch Engineering GmbH, Würth GmbH and SAP AG.
