For our headquarters in Crailsheim, we are looking for an HR Manager / Head of HR (m / w / d) as soon as possible.
Tasks:
- Disciplinary leadership and development of a team of 4 employees in Crailsheim.
- Responsibility and management of operational and strategic HR work at our four locations in Germany.
- Advising the management and executives on all personnel-related issues such as employment, contract and social security issues.
- Control of all HR processes, such as: B. Personnel planning, marketing and development as well as pay system, recruiting and health management.
- Responsible for vocational training in the company.
- Development and implementation of modern HR concepts and tools.
- Active accompaniment of change management processes and OE topics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Psychology or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management or as HR Business Partner or Senior Human Resources Officer of a manufacturing company with international focus.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law.
- Very good German language skills and solid English skills.
- Sovereign personality with high methodological competence and practical experience in change processes and project management.
- Emphatic and communicative leader with a strong moderation, conflict management and presentation experience and hands-on mentality.
- Self-responsible, goal-oriented work and personal initiative.
- Handling MS Office Programs Safely.
